Since its establishment, CDB has prioritized quality in its products and services, achieving ISO 9001 certification.

With a strong presence in the nuclear market, and in response to the safety requirements of this sector, CDB's quality system ensures complete traceability of both materials and finished products.

Our manufacturing processes are meticulously documented with written procedures and quality records to guarantee product conformity. Documentary and technical checks are conducted at every production stage and upon dispatch.

CDB's expertise in analyzing and complying with normative and contractual requirements is regularly audited and validated by external certification organizations (AFNOR, CERIB) as well as by our principals customers (EDF, ANDRA, CYCLIFE, CEA, etc.).

Today, the quality approach and the comprehensive management of  documentary records are part of CDB's culture.

Safety and prevention

Recognizing that human resources are our most valuable asset, we are committed to ensuring the safety and promoting the well-being of our employees. CDB implements concrete actions aimed at achieving "zero accidents":

  • Onboarding programs with a focus on preventention and safety for all new employees.

  • Weekly safety training sessions , known as 1/4 hours safety meetings.

  • Daily warm-up exercices before work begins.

  • SIM (Short Interval Animation) during job handovers.

  • Systematic analysis of incidents or near-accidents and implementation of action plans.

  • Significant investment in infrastructure and production tools to minimize physical strain at various workstations.

Social responsibility

CDb has developped a code of ethics outlining our commitments to ethical behavior through collective principles and individual guidelines:

  • Ensure a working environment conducive to health and safety for employees (or any other person on its premises).
  • Focus on the creation of sustainable on permanent contracts.
  • Prevent, address, and if necessary, punish any form of moral or sexual harassment or persecution of employee.
  • Provide an effective social protection system for employees.
  • Engage in Dialogue with employee representative bodies.
  • Share company profits fairly through an employee profit-sharing agreement.

Environmental responsibility

CDB is dedicated to respecting and protecting the environment through its stringent environmental policies.

Our environmental management system is ISO 14001 certified and managed daily by the Environmental Prevention Coordinator.

Given the concrete production processes used within the company, CDB pays particular attention to controlling the treatment of process water and discharges into the natural environment, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
